COMING UP
COCONUT MILK WORKSHOP
Led by Anna Hitchens in the Koliyan test kitchen at the 806 S 6th Street, South Philadelphia. The Coconut Milk Workshop is a small-group experiment in which participants will learn the traditional Cambodian method for making coconut milk at home. Everyone goes home with a jar of coconut milk and a do it yourself recipe.
