3rd Annual Philly Farm and Food Fest
We're so excited to be an exhibitor at the 2014 Philly Farm and Food Festival at the Convention Center on 4.13.14! There will be speakers, cooking demonstrations and over 150 local exhibitors of locally grown and made goods. We'll be giving away samples all day, so come early!

We’re Philadelphia based Cambodian food makers dedicated to providing high quality, handcrafted foods founded by Moulika Anna Hitchens and Tim Hitchens. Koliyan was inspired after Anna and Tim’s honeymoon to Cambodia, that’s where Anna connected with her culture and vowed to revive, preserve and share it using food as a focus upon her return to Philadelphia.

Koliyan debuted seasonal desserts made with ingredients including sweet rice, tapioca, agar, cassava, kabocha squash, coconut, raw cane sugar and tropical fruits like lychee, jackfruit and even durian. Most desserts are cooked by steaming methods and wrapped in eco-friendly banana leaves. In the Spring of 2014, we’re launching our new product line of Cambodian “kroeung” which is a prepared spice/herbal paste used for cooking curries, soups and stir fry.

*Many of our items are wheat free, soy free and vegan.
